Brownian Motion Fractal Nature in Material Structure

Abstract:
A possibility of Brownian motion in micro/nanoparticles environments is considered. An influence of pseudo-stochastic motion on fractal dimension is studied. It is known that in chemical vapour deposition (CVD) technique (used in diamond synthesis) for producing thin polycrystalline films, the solid material consolidates out of high temperature vapour. The micro/nanoparticles condense, replacing the fractal structured Brownian walk by the polycrystalline structured organization. During such a process, vapour particles are carrying the information on shapes, sizes, and orientations in the moment of join the crystal. This process also has a heavy impact on intergranular contact surfaces that can be described using the different dynamical processes fractal geometry. It also influences the model of impedances between ceramics grains or grains clusters responsible for micro-capacitance structure and distribution. To control of shapes and numbers of contact surfaces on the level of the entire thin film sample, the control over structural properties of these ceramics have to be done, with the aim of correlation between material electronic properties and corresponding microstructure. Electronic property surface Brownian motion has very important role and influence on particles transportation with electric inductivity phenomena. These phenomena analysis could be can be especially effective in any coating technique what is very important for nowadays microelectronics prospective technologies. The fractal nature for coated grains structure analysis is applicable on dielectric, ferroelectrics and all other electronic ceramics - material properties in the new frontier lights of for higher level electronic circuits’ integration.
