Abstract:
This paper presents a comparative analysis of the temperature characteristics of photovoltaic modules using the software packages PSpice and PVsyst. Considered are the influence of radiation intensity on the temperature of solar cells and thus on its output characteristics. Described are the changes that occur on open circuit voltage and short circuit current of photovoltaic modules under the influence of different radiation intensities and consequently change the temperature of module.
